We would like to wish a great big “WELCOME” to the newest member of our Dockside team, Denise Homich!
Denise has over twenty years’ experience as a leader in sales, marketing and management in the homebuilding industry. Most recently, she has been Sales Manager at Siena Place, a luxury, sister townhome community of ours in South Philadelphia. She’ll continue in that role, while also now assuming the role of Sales Manager for Dockside – and we couldn’t be happier to have this Philly girl on our team.
“I’m very excited to join the team at Dockside,” Denise said, “and for the opportunity to manage sales at both properties, cross-selling multiple product lines in the city environment.
“I love selling in the city and I live in Philadelphia, so I think I have a great understanding of the local culture and the many aspects of Philadelphia’s shopping, dining, and entertainment in the surrounding area.
“I’ve worked with a lot of builders over the years, but there’s something really special about working with the Judd family and DePaul Group. They really care about doing right by their customers and their employees. You’re made to feel like you’re part of a family, and not just an employee of a big, national builder where it’s all about stock or sales.”
Throughout her career, Denise has successfully built sales teams for homebuilders by recruiting, coaching, motivating, and retaining top talent. She has consistently exceeded sales goals, achieving over 19 million dollars in sales volume in one year for one builder. Homich is also a champion of social media tools and technologies, with a proven track record of creating and implementing successful social media marketing campaigns for builders.
Asked about her secret for success, Denise responded:
“I love what I do! My entire real estate career has been focused on building new homes for families, in great communities and creating that personal experience of owning a new home. I love to see buyers get into the right neighborhood or community and feel like they’re part of something special.
“On the business side, I have extensive experience anticipating and capitalizing on market trends, by analyzing data and research on competitors’ products and placement. And I think that’s a real advantage.”
Denise has represented a number of residential projects and communities in and around Philly over the years, but something about Dockside really resonates with her.
